About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled engineer to support the implementation of our OpEx Roadmap. This involves deploying, developing, and training Systems and Culture across our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of OpEx systems and processes
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as SMED, VSM/VSD, 5S, and Kaizen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
