Role Overview

You will assist the teaching staff in developing and implementing strategies to engage students with SEN, promote social skills, and foster positive relationships within the school community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, teachers, and support staff
  • Designing and implementing supportive interventions to address individual student needs
  • Monitoring student progress and reporting regularly to teachers and parents/carers

Salary range: £22,000 - £29,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
