About the Role:
  • Delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Supporting change management initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to act quickly and decisively to resolve issues and manage projects
