Caval Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel and contractors.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to the Contracts Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Site Management: Oversee the management of onsite labour, including inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections and snagging to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Programme and Budget Management: Monitor and control project programmes and budgets to ensure that they are on track.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS qualification
  • First Aid certification
  • Strong working knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience of working on similar projects with similar project values
