Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our team at Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd in Kent. As a payroll enthusiast, you will be responsible for administering and processing payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and maintaining employee records. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement after initial training. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of payroll processes, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent organisational abilities.

About the Role
As a Payroll Advisor, you will work closely with our clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure accurate and timely payment. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, adhering to relevant legislation, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, a solid understanding of payroll legislation, and strong organisational and communication skills. A CIPP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
