Job Summary

The Spa Supervisor will assist the Assistant Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the luxury spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service, and conduct. This role requires a strong leader who can drive 5-star customer service and treatment standards through the successful management and coordination of a quality team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in running and supervising the spa in an efficient and orderly manner
  • Drive 5-star customer service and treatment standards
  • Manage and coordinate a team of therapists
  • Ensure all operational procedures, codes of conduct, and standards of appearance are implemented and adhered to
  • Organize scheduling to maximize use of time and ensure maximum profitability
  • Monitor and communicate adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa
  • Ensure all clients' treatments are booked and pre-booking requests are met
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate stock holdings and managing bookings of internal and external promotions
  • Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies, and professional operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a Senior Therapist position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to assess business needs and delegate responsibilities
  • Ability to attend Departmental Briefings and maintain good communication
  • Ability to effectively communicate performance expectations and standards
  • Ability to lead by example and exhibit strong front-of-house and customer care skills
