Job Summary

A clinical lead position is available at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital, leading a team of highly qualified nurses in our ward department. About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Ward Manager. As a Clinical Head of Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our ward department, leading a team of nurses, and providing exceptional patient care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ward department
  • Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience
What We Offer

Nuffield Health offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including private healthcare, cycle to work scheme, emotional wellbeing support, and more.

Location

The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow Hospital location, which is situated in the heart of the West End of Glasgow. Our hospital has recently undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state-of-the-art equipment such as a Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery.
