About the Role:

The Work Experience Coordinator will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of work experience programs, aligning with organisational needs and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for applicants undertaking work experience opportunities or wishing to undertake placements within designated programs: Work Experience, NHS Cadets, and Step into Health.
  • Coordinate and monitor the provision of work experience programs, guaranteeing compliance with organisational needs and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development:

New staff members can look forward to leadership and improvement training, designed to foster understanding and development of leadership and management skills. The training program consists of two key modules: Your Leadership Impact and Service Improvement for Beginners.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience working within a team
    • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in Therapeutic Care

Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Maths and English (A-C/4-9) or Functional Skills (level 2)
  • NVQ3 level Secretarial or Business Administrative qualification, or equivalent level of demonstrable experience

Estimated Salary: £25,500 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
