**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Negligence solicitor to lead our new department in Chester. As Head of Clinical Negligence, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, developing the department, and building a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle your own caseload of clinical negligence claims valued at both fast and multi-track levels
* Develop the department and build a team reporting into you
* Design a workflow system that can be applied to our current case management system

**Requirements**

* Qualified solicitor/CILEx with 4+ years PQE
* Previous experience handling your own litigated caseload of fast and multi-track clinical negligence claims
* Ability to commute to Chester 5 days a week
