Join Portsmouth Water Ltd's Asset - Commercial and PMO Team as a seasoned Investment Programme Lead. In this critical role, you will oversee our integrated investment plan, driving alignment with business goals and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and tracking of the integrated investment plan at the programme level.
  • Collaborate with project managers to create project plans that align with the investment plan and support strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the upskilling of project managers in project planning and provide expert guidance on accurate forecasting of performance-related milestones.
  • Ensure seamless integration of internal resource requirements into projects and programs, as well as strategic contract contractor schedules.
  • Maintain a Risk, Actions, Information, and Decisions (RAID) log across the integrated investment plan.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of project planning in a portfolio-programme-project environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of planning principles and experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and its application in scheduling.
  • Experience in resource planning using specific software or standalone systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
