As an Export Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing export operations, ensuring timely and efficient clearance of goods, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in export logistics and trade compliance will be essential in driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export operations, including job costing, quote preparation, and customs clearance
  • Liaise with overseas partners and offices to ensure smooth export processes
  • Create and maintain accurate job files on our in-house system
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on export progress
  • Organize and arrange airline collection and delivery
  • Cost and invoice customers, and arrange payment as necessary
  • Collaborate with airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure seamless export processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of export logistics and trade compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
