About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved and maintained in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer medication to residents
  • Review and update resident care plans to ensure individual needs are met
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff members
  • Complete return to work discussions and staff supervisions

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it
  • Have a passion for care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Be able to work as part of a dynamic team and lead by example
