About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with AI Expertise to join our team at hedgehog lab. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing high-performance, scalable Python solutions that drive innovation and delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures.
  • Continuously enhance your team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored digital products that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our clients' businesses.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of hands-on experience with Python development.
  • Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework.
  • Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, security, and scalability.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy).
  • Working knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, and other supporting systems.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques.
  • Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered features.
