Key Responsibilities- Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures.
- Continuously enhance your team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps - all while aligning with hedgehog lab's focus on scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored digital products that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve our development processes and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Python development.
- Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks.
- Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
- Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework.
- Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, security, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy).
- Working knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, and other supporting systems.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques.
- Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered features.
