Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer technical requirements.
  • Engage with the sales team during proposal stages to align appropriate equipment for operational tasks, ensuring technical feasibility and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in meetings with sales team members for ongoing projects or tenders, providing technical clarifications and equipment allocation support.

Project Support:

  • Ensure that customer requirements are accurately defined and integrated into project management plans and setup reports.
  • Assist in the creation of technical deliverables for rental projects, including specifications, reports, and necessary documentation.
  • Proactively manage risks to prevent project delays, cost overruns, or reputational harm.

Technical Package Delivery:

  • Contribute to the effective delivery of technical packages for rental projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and specifications.
  • Support the management of all project interfaces and maintain knowledge of current engineering best practices.
  • Sign and issue technical documentation, taking responsibility for its accuracy as either originator or checker.
  • Assist in developing project-specific procedures for implementing work scopes, including method statements and operating manuals.

Collaboration:

  • Foster strong working relationships with project managers, customers, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain open communication with all teams involved in rental projects, ensuring prompt attention to technical concerns.
  • Adhere strictly to all procedures and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to lessons learned for ongoing and completed projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist the Asset team in maintaining the asset database and FAQs.
