Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Technical Network Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, requirements, and standards.
  • Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and third-party entities, fostering effective collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and control project costs, continuously monitoring budgets, and implementing corrective measures as required.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant engineering qualification and project management expertise.
  • Experience of using project management models such as Prince2 etc., and software such as Microsoft Project required.
  • Significant project management experience with the ability to manage numerous projects involving stakeholder engagement, budget control, customer outcomes, and specified deliverables.
  • Experience of managing engineering projects within the transport fuel / Oil distribution/ EV or other high hazard sector.
  • Experience of multi-project delivery within a high-risk profile organisation would be beneficial.
