  • Sustainability Leadership: Integrate sustainable practices into all landscape projects, focusing on water conservation, native plant use, and environmentally friendly maintenance techniques.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of landscape operations, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of landscape architects, designers, horticulturists, and grounds maintenance staff.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all work meets the company's standards for quality and is completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale landscaping projects, including new resort developments and major renovations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that landscape design and operations align with the company's overall strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in landscape design and operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale landscape projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and environmental design.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Outstanding project management abilities, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
