About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Special Education Support Professional in Cheshire primary schools. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCo.
  • You will provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • You will collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • You will observe and record student progress, contributing to progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
  • You will support students in developing essential social and life skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, which is estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per year.
