We are currently recruiting for an HR and Training Advisor to join our team at Adecco. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a comprehensive human resources service, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents and reports to ensure compliance and effective communication.
