System Validation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled System Validation Expert to join our team at Onward Technologies Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating complex system and subsystems using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and commission HIL and SIL test setups for system and subsystem validation
  • Design and implement test automation scripts using NI tools such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and VeriStand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements
  • Provide expert-level analytical and root cause analysis skills at unit and system levels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in system or subsystem HIL validation, preferably using NI HIL bench setup or DSPACE HIL Benches
  • Strong understanding of automotive features and systems, including ECUs, sensors, and actuators
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of CI/CT concepts and tools such as IBM RTC, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence
Desired Skills:
  • Prior OEM subsystem level experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics
  • Excellent documentation skills for test procedures, results, and issue tracking
