Key Responsibilities- Deliver and collect equipment as allocated by your line manager, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
- Provide clear and confident demonstrations of equipment to customers, showcasing our products and services.
- Display exceptional customer service skills at all times, both on-site and while driving company vehicles.
- Ensure all equipment is stored safely and correctly in the branch and during transit.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties within the branch as required.
- Some driving experience and a good knowledge of the area.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate what great customer service looks like.
- A basic knowledge of machinery and a willingness to learn and expand your expertise.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace.
- A full driving license is essential.
