Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

At Activus Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent vacancies
* Develop relationships with live and lapsed clients to ensure repeat business
* Assist in driving company growth and development throughout multiple sectors and regions
* Obtain new clients through business development, both remotely and face-to-face
* Attend networking events and recruitment fairs
* Source new candidates through various online platforms
* Screen all new candidates and ensure compliance checks are completed
* Post vacancies externally on social media platforms and job boards
* Match candidates to available vacancies
* Work towards weekly individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

* Required experience within a similar recruitment consultant/sales role
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships
* Upbeat and friendly personality
* Sales-driven and motivated individual
