About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children's Residential Manager to lead our team of support staff and foster positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding for children
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's residential home
* Manage a dedicated team of support staff
* Develop and implement personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the children
* Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals for comprehensive care
* Maintain all necessary records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and take action to achieve continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Relevant social care qualification ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Within the last five years, you have worked for at least two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
* OFSTED registration
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children's care
