About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Business Support Administrator to join our team in Farnham. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative assistance to our divisions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support client onboarding, including the creation of client Letters of Engagement and adherence to Money Laundering procedures.
  • Meet and greet office visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with internal and external events, including planning and coordination.
  • Ensure a great client experience through both in-person and telephone contact.
  • Contribute to general office upkeep, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

About You
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and ability to pick up new IT packages quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A positive, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated.
