Audit Lead for Charitable Sector

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a substantial portfolio of not-for-profit clients, with opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Contributing to the strategic planning and business development of the audit team.
- Pitching for work and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Leading the planning and decision-making process for engagements within your portfolio.
- Fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through collaboration with other service areas.
- Driving continuous improvement in audit efficiencies and internal processes.
- Reviewing team work, providing constructive feedback, and coaching trainees.
- Collaborating closely with Audit Directors and Partners to receive ongoing support and contribute to succession planning.

- ACA/ACCA qualification.
