About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Diversity Champion. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and benchmarking best-in-class diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) approaches from within and outside Siemens Healthineers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will also have strong presentation and administration skills, with good attention to detail, time management, and task coordination skills.
