Job Description
Our Care Support Specialists play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to our clients. You will travel around Maldon and surrounding areas to help clients with:
- Companionship – engaging in conversation, watching movies, or playing games
- Personal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication – helping with prescription collections and reminders
- Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Housework – performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Errands – accompanying clients on shopping trips and running errands
- Mobility – providing assistance with getting in and out of bed, showering, and using the toilet
