Reception Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with booking hair models for training courses.
- Maintain and update retail product displays.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- IT proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Good numeracy & communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
Working Hours: 2 days a week, Thurs & Fri
Location: London
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year
