Job Summary
We are seeking a Marshall to join our team at one of our Gravity Active Entertainment sites. As a Marshall, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and enthusiastic service to our customers, ensuring their safety and enjoyment during their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival, ensuring they have a valid waiver and are wearing the required safety gear.
- Ensure customers watch the relevant safety briefings and complete the full warm-up before participating in activities.
- Coordinate the clearing of activities for customers whose time has elapsed.
- Check that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Be compliant with all opening and closing checks.
