We are seeking an exceptional midwife to lead our team in providing high-quality care to vulnerable women and their families. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating care plans, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient safety and compassionate care.
Main Duties- Develop and maintain high standards of care for vulnerable women with complex needs in pregnancy and their families.
- Provide extra support and coordinate care plans for high-risk pregnant women with complex social needs.
- Link between maternity and other services involved in a woman's care, including local primary care services, perinatal mental health services, and social care.
- Ensure relevant pathways, policies, and processes are developed, implemented, and audited.

Person Specification- Experience of working with vulnerable women and families.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and lead a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience of effective working in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Experience of undertaking audits and implementing action plans.
- Registered Midwife on the NMC Register at Band 6.
- Relevant Child Protection training.
- Mentorship qualification.
