About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Our supported living service in Gloucester is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging individuals to access their local communities, and engaging in various activities to promote socialization and independence.
