Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant machinery safely and efficiently, including pre-shift safety checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Learn and operate static processing plant, with a focus on maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage daily operations, including handling stocks, blending materials, and loading transport vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as greasing and cleaning equipment.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by promoting health and safety best practices and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by the team or management.
