We are seeking an experienced Care Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance with daily tasks such as general reception duties, correspondence, and record keeping.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, relatives, and visitors, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit financial information to clients (or next of kin), including sundry invoices and pocket money cash records.
- Manage client admissions, hospitalization, and discharges, ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and chase late payments.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to data protection policies.
- Support the recruitment process, ensuring all paperwork and relevant documentation is complete.
