Salary: £34,696 to £42,541 per annum (pro-rata)
Hourly Rate: £17.79 to £21.81
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead a dedicated team at our leaving care services in Peterborough and Lincoln.
- Leading and managing a designated team of people working with service users to provide all required children's services activities and practices to the agreed standards;
- Collaborating with other colleagues in the locality as necessary;
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of staff and sessional workers in developing and maintaining effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families;
- Completing all management procedures and routines for each member of the team in line with People Policies to maintain individual and team capability and motivation;
- Oversight and control of Service User Recording in the team to ensure it is undertaken in accordance with policies and procedures and to the satisfaction of Commissioners and all relevant external authorities;
Requirements: To be successful within this role, you will need to be a driver with experience in children's services, have experience line managing people, and have a sound knowledge of Ofsted.
