We are a leading provider of financial services, seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our Edinburgh team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and product providers.
  • Prepare meeting packs and client engagement letters for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist financial planners with new business submissions, utilizing provider systems to generate valuations and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with the Financial Planners to produce annual reviews for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Use provider systems to generate valuations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • E nsure that new business is processed efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Complete anti-money laundering checks on clients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Submit letters of authority to providers, guaranteeing seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Assist the paraplanning team with client reviews, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess 2 years plus experience in a similar support role within the financial services sector - ideally from an IFA, although experience from a provider will be considered. A good all-round knowledge of financial service products and compliance is also essential.
