Job Summary:
Blue Arrow is seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to support the company's HR functions. As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for performing daily administrative and human resources duties, including supporting employee relations and performance management, offering recruitment assistance, and developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations and performance management
- Offer recruitment assistance
- Improve, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies
- Implement programs and projects to improve the employee experience of the organisation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in word processing software packages such as MS Office suite Excel
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach adapting role to support admin and office function
- Support with general admin duties and daily comms briefings
- Excellent verbal communication skills and typing skills
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- The ability to work well with team members and management
- Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills for storing and accessing different types of information daily
