TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support the academic and personal development of students with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at Joseph Norton Academy in Huddersfield.
About the Role:
- To provide tailored support to children with complex SEMH needs under the guidance of a teacher or phase lead.
- To contribute to the overall development and wellbeing of students, supporting their preparation for adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality learning and encouraging student engagement and progress.
- Supporting teachers in lesson planning and delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in supporting children, ideally in a special educational needs setting.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
