About the Role:
This Business Control Manager / PMO will be responsible for providing financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop functional designs, identify requirements, and implement process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare materials for senior leader meetings, highlighting key accomplishments and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, informing business decisions.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in financial management, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
Location: Bromley (5 days a week onsite for initial 6 months)
