About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Gardener to lead our team at Belton Estate, one of the National Trust's most significant historic Grade 1 listed gardens.

As Head Gardener, you will be responsible for managing a diverse garden throughout the seasons, drawing on your excellent knowledge of plants and plant care. You will also be expected to motivate and manage a team, setting high standards for yourself and those around you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operational risk and compliance requirements relevant to horticulture, as well as a commitment to working as part of a wider team to build a culture of inclusion.
