Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced luxury sales consultant to join our team in an exquisite boutique on Bond Street. As a senior sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in luxury fashion/accessories, with LRTW orientation and proficiency in styling and link selling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with commission, bonus, clothing allowance, and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the ambitions of the boutique.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through delivering the highest standards of service.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge of ladies' ready-to-wear and accessories.
  • Cultivate relationships with local and international clients.
  • Establish action plans to increase and develop your client base.
  • Efficiently manage your client portfolio.
  • Participate in client events.
  • Enhance the client experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience in luxury fashion/accessories.
  • LRTW orientation, with haute couture experience being advantageous.
  • Experience in pinning/fitting to assist with alterations is a plus.
  • Strong sales techniques and clienteling are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral), with a second language being beneficial.
  • A strong drive to succeed.
