Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our residential lettings team in Worcester. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of lettings professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, drive sales, and achieve business targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of the local property market and regulatory requirements.
