Job Summary

As an Employment Officer, you will provide high-quality support to our participants to enable them to secure and maintain employment. You will focus on securing jobs while promoting learning and work experience to ensure participants achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage effectively with parents, carers, and employers to ensure optimum opportunities and outcomes for participants.
  • Provide tailored support to participants to help them secure and maintain employment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting participants.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning difficulties, autism, and neurodiverse conditions. You will be able to work effectively in a team and communicate professionally with a range of stakeholders.
