The Role
  • Installation of new systems
  • Provided technical support via telephone and on premises
  • Troubleshooting system errors and providing solutions
  • Updating and maintenance of customer documentation
  • Planning and assisting with new technical projects

Key Requirements

  • Windows server experience
  • Hyper-V & VMWare
  • Cloud technology experience: Azure Intune & sharepoint knowledge
  • Full drivers license
