Job Title: CBT Therapist - South West London

Location: South West London

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled CBT Therapist to join our team in South West London. The successful candidate will provide CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment to clients, as well as undertake risk assessment and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment to clients
  • Undertake risk assessment and risk management of service users
  • Manage a clinical caseload in accordance with operational policy
  • Attend monthly clinical supervision to develop knowledge and skills

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or a registered health professional with BABCP Accreditation.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £44,000 per annum, pro rata, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, birthday leave, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible working, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
