Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the work of a team of 10-15 staff members, including skilled laborers and sub-contracted workers.
- Oversee the implementation of landscaping schemes, including soil preparation, importing topsoil, grading and levelling, seeding and turfing, fencing, and building hoggin paths.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and record any H&S issues, observations, or accidents.
- Ensure that all vehicles and machinery are in good working order and safe to operate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- 2+ years' experience in constructing large landscaping projects.
- Current CSCS Card, Excavator above/below 10 tonnes, Dumper, and driving license.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
