The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the department to deliver excellent customer service, a high-quality food offer, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively supervise department staffing levels to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Monitor operational performance of the department against key performance indicators.
  • Ensure all security procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment, training, and development of all department staff.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards to meet company requirements.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and a flexible attitude. Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor is essential.
