We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at an outdoor living retail centre in Ferndown, Dorset. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key position within our restaurant team. As a leader, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in driving excellence in customer service, product presentation, and sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of absences and employee development
• Delivering training plans and supporting staff learning and development
• Ensuring processes and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with audit requirements
• Handling customer complaints effectively
• Recruitment and induction of restaurant staff

This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience in large-volume catering or hospitality management. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as a working knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene legislation.
