At Grandir UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team in the Baby Room. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of this framework. You will also be responsible for promoting high standards of quality within the nursery and supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.

As a Room Leader at Grandir UK, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploying staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocating children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Providing professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Developing open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensuring that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
