Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for Balance Sheet management, reconciliation, and audit projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SAP, DDS, and HFM. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Balance Sheet accounting and reconciliation, including monthly and quarterly analysis for local and regional review.
  • Review and prepare entity balance sheet reconciliations to ensure standard processes and formats are followed.
  • Reconcile and adjust client balances, as well as review and remediate outstanding and aged items within the Balance Sheet.
  • Perform Contract Compliance Accounting, including regular review and remediation of balances to meet contractual obligations and IPG financial policies.
  • Participate in audit projects, such as client audits, US GAAP reviews, and Statutory Accounts (UK GAAP) full scope reviews.
Requirements:
  • Apart from part-qualified or qualified by experience, the ideal candidate should possess confident communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong organisational skills.
  • Competent Excel skills and the ability to work independently, applying a structured approach towards balancing multiple demands and priorities.
  • Flexibility and openness to grow and take ownership of new projects and tasks.
  • A team player with an ability to work to multiple tight deadlines.
