Job Title: Senior Support WorkerLocation: Surrey

An exceptional care home in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join their team.

To be successful in this role, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting formal supervisions and appraisals.
  • Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
  • Participating in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation.
  • Making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
  • Administering medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience working in a care setting.
  2. A genuine desire to care for others.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,272 per annum (£13.50 per hour) for a permanent full-time position, working 36 hours a week on nights. Benefits include:
